By downloading, accessing or using Bar Roulette (the "app") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

Bar Roulette relates to bars and alcoholic drinks and is intended for adults aged 18 or over. By using the app you confirm you meet this age requirement and will comply with the laws of your location. Always drink responsibly.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including posting illegal, hateful, harassing or misleading content, impersonating others, spamming, scraping, or attempting to break or abuse the platform. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

5. User content & moderation

You own the content you post (reviews, photos, messages) and grant us a license to display it within the service. You are responsible for what you share. The app provides tools to report and block other users, and we may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

6. Premium & billing

Bar Roulette is free to use, with an optional Premium subscription. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat — billing, renewals and refunds follow Google Play's policies. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account.

7. Third-party services & content

Bar information comes from third-party sources (such as Google Maps Platform) and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Bar Roulette is a discovery tool and is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, the venues it shows.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Bar Roulette is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service, from venues you visit, or from interactions with other users.

9. Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service at any time; the current version will always be on this page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
